Sam and his team met early-on during their time at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, in engineering programs on-campus through their inclination to solving maze-like and knotty problems.
As everyone diverged on their on paths within the Architecture, Construction & Engineering Industry, the Objective remained the same: Learn, Execute, Administer & Deliver successfully in the most complex environments.
In present day, we leverage our team’s multi-state experience combined with Sam’s experience delivering complex renovation and new construction projects in New York City and the Greater Metropolitan Area to provide the best service for your Project.

About The Owner
Sam is an Experienced Builder and Engineer with specialized experience across the New York City marketplace and further experience across the United States in several states. Sam leans into proven experience from his Portfolio playing key roles in projects as Construction Manager, General Contractor and main Subcontractor, as well as decades of technical experience from his father Edward Lednyak - a Proven Professional Engineer and Construction Professional.
Sam is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and oversees Multi-State Professionals in delivering Projects for Lestruc Group.
